Hey!!
I’d definitely have to say all the work we get. I understand that our professors give it to us to help us learn and memorize things better but sometimes it can just be overwhelming. Hahaha one of my teachers last week, in our first class, assigned us 5 chapters of reading and 8 hours of online ATI skills modules. But before she assigned any of it she said
“I am truly sorry for what I am about to give to you. Please don’t think I hate you, and please don’t think I’m giving this to you as busy work, this really is to help you learn and gain skills. It really will be worth it in the end”.
After awhile it kind of becomes a joke among the nursing students, there’s just so much at some points we have to laugh at it and think “our lives are jokes” but I wouldn’t trade my major for anything else. The work really is worth it, because I really do learn. Nothing in Nursing School is busy work, it is all to help us build on what we learn and grow and nursing students. :)
